Financial Mathematics

Welcome to Module 3 – Financial Mathematics. Are you curious about how to manage your money better? Financial mathematics may sound complicated, but it’s not! It’s all about using math to help you understand money. You use math in everyday life when you shop, sign a contract, or take out a loan. In financial mathematics, you learn how to round off prices, calculate percentages, and deal with fractions. These skills will help you figure out how much you can afford when you go shopping or how much you’re really paying for something that you bought on instalment. You’ll also learn about interest, which is the price you pay for borrowing money, and how discounts work. By learning financial mathematics, you’ll be more confident in managing your money and making smart financial decisions. So why not give it a try?
